Literally the worst retail experience of my whole life. First I go in to put the shoes i wanted for christmas on hold so my mum could go in the next day and simply just pay and pick them up. Didn't think it would be that hard. The girl working there just asked my name and didn't even write it down or anything and she said she'd sort it out. At this point i already had a bad feeling like she was gonna spell my name wrong or something. The next day my mum goes in to get the shoes and guess what? The shoes didnt get put on hold. Plus they were now sold out in my size so that means they sold the shoes i had put on hold. Then my mum had to order them in from a werribee store, turns out they got ordered from cairnes so it was going to take a few more days which i didnt really care about, but this morning when we were opening presents guess what happened??? They sent the wrong shoes! How fun! Seriously, how hard was it to just put the shoes on hold in the first place? I wouldnt recommend buying your shoes here its not worth it.
Literally the worst customer service I have received at a shoe store. I went in twice in the last week to buy shoes with different workers there both times and got ignored walking out empty handed both times.
I am super impressed with Hype DC Geelong. I went in yesterday afternoon, and was served by Daniel. He was really helpful, suggested shoe cleaner as I was purchasing white shoes and was still very positive about the fact that my size in the shoes I was after weren't in store. Alternatively, he could get them sent to me in a few business days before Christmas which was perfect. I woke up to a package from Hype this morning less than 18 hours later! and I'm so impressed. Thanks for the amazing service at such a hard time of year!
Super impressed with this store. Came in to buy some shoes for my son. Staff member was lovely and very helpful.
customer service was some of the best. shipping orders directly just for a customer is awesome let alone asking if there was any concerns and making sure it was all okay!
