Great place to shop the staff where awesome the guys had my new triumph street triple 660 sitting in middle of showroom with sign stating my name and brand new owner of new bike today....turned around to see one of the guys putting free hat little fella without me asking for a thing no bad words can b said 👍👍

This five star rating is based on my recent experience purchasing a new Tiger Explorer. I knew the bike I was after so just needed a salesman to talk turkey about getting out the door with it. I didn't expect the speed and quality of the service offered. Despite only getting in at 1pm, I ended up leaving the shop at four on a new bike. This was even after needing to trade in two bikes! Prices are competitive and being as big as they are, trading a bike is just so simple for them. They gave me a fair trade in value.

I have been in before without cash to spend and they can be a little dismissive if you aren't ready to drop money on a bike there and then. However for price and ease of trade ins, as well as getting the bike you are after, it is just impossible to look past them.

Really good team, good experience dealing with Kym, Andrew, Max, Josh, Lauren and Stacey buying a bike and accessories. Thumbs up for the service and after sales experience. Enjoyed the RATS ride on the weekend too.

This is my second experience with these guys.  My first was to buy an America and I was very happy with the service I got for Phil he really listened to my needs and directed me to the right bike for me.  at that time the finance and accessories were terrible to say the least.
This time I went back in the hope that phil was still there and the finance and accessories department had changed.  And it had.  Phil again excellent in his professionalism. We bought 2 bikes and both are perfect for us.  Max in finance was great no stress followed up everything and very professional and to my delight Lauren from accessories was extremely helpful she was patient very informed.   Great job Team Moto Triumph Virginia exceptional customer service and comunication will be recommending you for sure.
