Took my Harley V-Rod in for a recall on the ABS Brakes a few weeks ago. My Bike was fine on the way home but i jumped on my Bike the next day got halfway up the street and realised i had no Brakes! I was going to ring up and complain but i don't think i could hold back from going off my head at how boge there Mechanics are! I'm thoroughly displeased and I don't recommend anyone take there bike there for a service!

5 star and haven't even purchased the bike yet, popped down on the weekend with my Mrs and was really surprised by the customer service at this dealership. from the time I arrived I was greeted with a hello, told to make myself feel at home, informed where the toilets were and was given a bit of a tour if you will about the dealership. I thought this was great and clearly a good salesman, however, walking around the dealership this was not a once off experience, every salesman I walked past gave a greeting, asked if I was being looked after and generally seemed to care more about my well being than selling me a motorbike. Went outside and had a good chat with Tim who continued to talk even after knowing I was not ready to purchase anything, he just wanted to share some passion for the motorbikes. I will be purchasing a bike later this year when I come off my LAMs and from this experience I wont be going anywhere else. it was good to see a quality workplace culture and not just once off good salesmen.

Better service experience here buying a used bike than buying a brand new $40k car from Ford 10 minutes down the road. The gang were all peachy and accommodating, from the spare parts to finance. You can tell they work hard to earn your (repeat) business. Bike has been a dream with zero issues which helps solidify their name for me.

Great help from the Harley Davidson team at newstead. Massive thanks to tim and paul from morgan and macker newstead for helping me out the past few week with finding the right bike and making the purchase happen! Super friendly and will do everything they can to get you what you want and wack a massive smile you your face!

I bought my ride from these guys last year off the net and thought I would stop bye and pick up some bits and bobs while down on business; although they didn't have everything I wanted, the staff members were both friendly and helpful and I did manage to place an order for later delivery to my home address for one of the primary parts I was after 👍
