Came into Brisbane especially to look at dealer owned bikes. 
Brisbane Motorcycles was the best experience of them all from the cleaning lady, to the showroom stock and layout and finally to Mitch Bell, the no-ego non pushy salesman. I had a great day out and secured a C109R in the process. Many thanks, I look forward to coming back.... Mark.

Awesome 5 star experience from the moment we walked in. We were met by Clancy, an awesome sales person who shared his enthusiasm for bikes through knowledge and flair. Hats off to the owner Brett, a great bloke with a great team. Thanks also to David, Jasmine and the other guys upstairs for gearing us up with everything we need for an awesome Ducati riding experience! Looking forward to more 5 star experience at the Service Department ;)

Terrible experience. Crash my bike on 15th of January and got it back only on 5th of April.
They treated me as non customer, because my insurance was paying, but I choose them to repair the bike. 
They took 2 weeks to provide a simple quote to my insurance. When my insurance ask for pictures, they took another 2 weeks to send it. I had to go there and pressure them to do it. The service employee always lying saying that he sent it, but when I went there he sent me to parts and took the pictures. When I got back to service department he was uploading the pictures and sent it to me. Insurance company was spot on and approve the quote once they had the pictures and quote in a good time frame. Brisbane motorcycles gave me 10 business days to fix my bike, but took more than a month to do it. As the service employee said, it was a 2 hours job if they had all the parts. Service employee always lying about due dates. In the end, he was blaming Honda about delaying to get parts.
Almost 3 months without my bike which I use everyday as commuter. 
DON'T TAKE YOUR BIKE TO SERVICE AT BRISBANE MOTORCYCLE!!!

I recently purchased a Ducati Diavel Carbon from Brisbane Motorcycles and I was pleasantly surprised with the service I received from everybody in the shop, especially the salesman, Clancy. He is a very friendly guy who clearly loves the bikes he sells. I went back and forth for weeks looking and trying to decide and never once did Clancy make me feel like I was wasting his time and he put absolutely no pressure on me to buy. Eventually I bit the bullet and I'm so glad I did. Love my bike. 
Even after buying it Clancy, Russell in spare parts and Brett the owner have all gone above and beyond for me searching for bits and pieces for me. Thank you all so much.
Highly recommend this shop and the staff.
