Picked up my first bike last week Vitpilen 401 and couldn't be happier with the service. Dan and Josh were excellent both in sales and parts respectively. Easy to get along with and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
I saw this bike for sale the second it was posted online. Contacted the shop online, Josh called me immediately. The deal was done over the phone, despite the fact I hadn't actually see the bike. After speaking with Josh I decided to trust him when he said this was perfect. Josh arranged transport from Qld to NSW and a week or so later my new bike arrives, exactly as described but better than I imagined. Perfect. I'd happily recommend Josh, he was 100% true to his word. A very fast, smooth and painless transaction.
I called Shaun 3 weeks ago to book my Goldwing in for a major service. I found him to be very friendly and professional. I dropped my bike off on a Monday and picked it up on the following day. Shaun even had a loan bike waiting for me. The bike runs as good as new and I am more than happy with the whole experience. Thank you to Shaun and all the team at Brisbane Motorcycles. You have yourselves a repeat customer.
Just bought my first bike from these guys and it went smoothly! Tyler took care of me in choosing the right bike so I couldn’t be more thankful! Aaron in accessories was a big help with getting all the right gear for me too. Every staff member there is really helpful and knowledgeable so I’d definitely recommend for sure !!
Just got my first bike from these guys, wasn't sure exactly what I was after but Dan was awesome to deal with and extremely helpful in giving suggestions and definitely knows his stuff! Also Mitch was top notch kept me in the loop from day one once I had made up my mind and even got delivery sorted for me. Both great guys to deal with couldn't recommend anyone else!
Saw my dream bike on bikesales and flew from Cairns to pick it up. Tyler was great to deal with and Mitch had my finance all sorted. They could have organized freight but I didn't need it. Follow up phone call a week later to make sure the bike was good. These guys go above expectations.
Had the best experience with these guys, Tyler the salesman was amazing help and great to work with. Delivered my bike for me quickly. And the accessories guys help out heaps with any questions. Definitely recommend this dealership. Such friendly staff!
These guys are like a well oiled machine. They pump out so many bikes a day with services . Very busy but get the job done. I had a clutch cover done and they absolutely smashed it out…normally would have taken me 2 days to do. Anyways Shaun is straight to the point and just as professional. Always happy with these guys in minor or major jobs.
My rate for the customer service in this place 3/10. Went on Thursday last week find my first helmets awesome but not in my size so I go a head with a young man for order the right size « cool man will be there by Monday will give you a call » Monday no one call me. When I come to the shop « oh so sorry we have any order at your name » alright so second time i re-order with this time a woman, « will be there by tomorrow, we will give you a call » Tuesday no one call me, i decide to go to the shop today, the helmet arrived perfect i explain the situation to the guy at the counter and ask for a discount for the inconvenience ! You know what he told me « i will not give you a discount it’s 399$ that it » So if you need something for you bike don’t go there guys
I've got nothing but praise for these guys. Not only was their service super efficient and transparent, but they went out of their way to help me out. I fractured my knee a couple days prior to my scheduled service. Unprompted Sean offered to have one of the guys ride my bike back home for me. They will treat you and your bike right. Thanks guys!
