I went in a few years ago with a friend who was getting into MTBing. After a short conversation with the guy who seemed to own the shop, he interjected with, "look, give it to me straight - am I wasting my time talking to you guys?". We walked out and my mate bought a bike from another shop the same day. I vowed never to set foot in there again. I was desperate for something recently and ended up back again. The service was friendly and efficient (that's all I need) and I was pleasantly surprised to read that the shop is under new ownership. I can already see the difference. I'm planning on buying a pair of new MTB shoes there this week.

I understand this bike shop is under new ownership since early 2017. Got my old bike overhauled (to use as a training bike) after not having ridden it for several years. New wheels, tyres, bar tape, chain, drive train, etc. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, worked within my budget, and gave several options and suggestions. All done within promised timeframe. Great to have a bike shop that ticks all the boxes. Very happy!!

Great service! Staff always take the time to answer questions and provide sound advice. I took my DIY e-bike here for a service and there was no moaning, just a can-do attitude. It's riding better than ever now. Very happy!

Poor to no service. Ordered two tyres, they ordered one in... never return calls when parts arrive. No one has any idea whats going on when you ring. Sell the business while you have something to sell.

Great shop and caters for everybody. Even has a demo bikes from Pivot cycles if your in the market for a new high end machine.
