WHAT A GYM!!! I would never join a commercial gym again. TDR offered a personalised service at an affordable cost. Toni, Josh and Aimee are passionate trainers who make you just want to give 100% every session. Not only do they get you in shape, correctly and safely they also offer tailored Nutrition plans from their in house nutritionist Sheree. Great find in Elsternwick. Give it a go yourself.

I thought I knew fitness before I joined but theses guys taught me how to really get STRONG. Now I'm injury free and stronger than ever!

Aimee's Fit Mums classes are great! Before starting with Aimee I didn't really enjoy gyms that much but the sessions are always varied and challenging so you never get bored. One thing that Fit Mums offers that I haven't seen offered elsewhere is flexibility. Rather than having to attend a session at a set time you can go anytime during a 3 hour time slot making it super convenient for new mums. And the kids love it too!

I'm a regular 'Fit Mum' at TDR and am so grateful!!! If it wasn't for Aimee's classes there's no way I would have been able to get back into shape so soon after having my baby!! Classes are fantastic and Aimee really takes the time to get to know your goals and work alongside any issues/injuries you may have. Have recently been to a boxing class in the evening which was lots of fun so will definitely be back for that! I've met some great people through the classes so if you're a mum looking for a gym to suit you and your bub I highly recommend TDR!

I've trained with TDR since the beginning of my 'fitness journey' a few years ago. In this time, I quickly built a great foundation for the strength gains I consistently made therein, as well as seeing big positive changes in my body composition. It's been easy to stick at because I've achieved things I didn't think I could and probably couldn't have on my own and that's really motivating. TDR is a great place to train because all you have to do is show up. The small group classes have a really good atmosphere and the programs focus on the fundamentals, so you'll be learning how to train effectively while getting fit/strong. The coaches are very knowledgable and are always concerned with how you're going. One of the best things about TDR is the sense of community. You can always look forward to a quality session followed by coffee with the team :)
