For Fit Sake is an EXCELLENT studio that truly stands out with it's personal touch. Jake runs an amazing team of motivating individuals that truly care about their clients and know how to get results. A must if in the bayside area.

Excellent gym. Fun, engaging and exciting classes, and Trainers who will work with you to achieve your goals. I have been going for 2 years, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gym.

Highly recommend! As a manager of another health and fitness club called Voyage Fitness in Wonthaggi, For Fit Sake runs a very professional and personalised service. It is a fun and safe fitness studio that gets results! The trainers there are very knowledgable and are always learning, growing and up skilling in every area of the business. Women and men looking to get STRONG, FIT and lose a bit of weight in the process I would recommend start here 🙂
