I am new to this studio. The trainers are exceptional, very helpful and motivated you to get more from the workout. The studio is complete and clean. the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Have recently completed the 6 week challenge at F45 Elsternwick and have really enjoyed both the staff and the classes. The staff have been welcoming, super friendly and have helped push me to apply myself well throughout the challenge. Not only have they been motivating, but they have also helped me improve my technique which is critical to avoid injuries and to get the most out of the exercises. Highly recommend.

I have loved training at F45 Elsternwick! I feel supported by the trainers and I love how each session is different and unique. I don’t feel like exercise is a burden anymore and I can’t wait to improve my overall fitness through training at F45!

One of the best all inclusive gyms I have ever attended. Never fails to bring a smile to my face, even when the exercises can be extremely challenging. Hope to attend for a long time!
