21st Century Yogi

A wonderful teacher and great space (for beginners like me) to fall in love with yoga. Karen is a wonderful teacher - she's incredibly patient with her students, explains each movement as she leads, and takes the time to ensure we are getting the most from each session. The atmosphere is relaxed and gentle, and provides your mind and body with comfortable space to unwind. The classes at Caulfield are gentle as Karen has adapted her teaching for us beginner yogis. It's a small class which means you will receive feedback to improve your poses. I thoroughly enjoy attending Karen's classes and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to start :)

Karen and 21st Century Yogi has been so influential on my yoga practice. Karen is intuitive, understanding, and knows how to both challenge and go gently on her students... She is also just a welcoming, funny and kind person who I look forward to seeing every time I go to yoga. I am so grateful for 21st Century Yogi! If you are even vaguely thinking about it, just do it, you won't regret it. Thanks Karen!
