I'm only describing a limited individual experience however i think it's a fair indicator. Store presented tidy, staff kept busy and seemed to get along well. Floor staff were mostly pretty & lovely ladies. The store manager kindly authorised a system overide to allow me to purchase a different color ps4 bundle. Down side perhaps; small store size.
