After searching high and low for the LOL big surprise doll, the South Morang store was the only one that "had them in stock". I went there and spoke to the girl in the toy department who said yes they're coming in on the load tonight, come back on Wednesday and you'll get one. I went back Wednesday and the same young girl was there. When I asked her about the doll she said we don't have any. I asked for the manager. When he came over he took down my details and promised to call me. 5 days later still no call and the stock that came in sold out! Very very poor customer service on their behalf. I finally saw another very helpful manager by the name of Tufi, who called surrounding stores and was able to locate one for me. Great job Tufi, people like you are very hard to find!!

Just purchased the cat tree scratcher and is an absolute nightmare to try and put together. Disappointed that there is no service for assistance in putting together. Just called and told to bring back in same condition for money back.

Kmart South Morang was your typical Kmart. Staff are very friendly but didn't really know their way around the store comma but I have to give it because it was Australia Day when we went in. They had a lot of markdown specials which were great highly recommended for families and anybody who's looking for cheap clothing of shoes
