Clean and spacious rooms with wide parking bays in front of the rooms. The check-in was easy and the staff were helpful with allowing us to check-in couple of hours early. The room has air-conditioning, fridge, a microwave and kettle for coffee and tea making. The tv has Foxtel with movies and sports which was quite useful for the leisure nights. The bed is a bit firm but comfortable. It has heated blanket for those winter nights. The pillows were bit too soft but that wasn't a problem as spare pillows were provided. The bathroom was super clean and the shower has good pressure with hot water. The toiletries provided are high quality too.nnThe location is a little outside the town centre but an easy stroll away. There are few restaurants in walking distance including a Hungry Jacks.nThe motel is on the main street, so road noise is a problem for light sleepers, especially if you get a road facing room like rooms 15-20.nnThey have cooked breakfast option which we didn't try, so can't comment on the food.nnOverall I recommend the place for their clean and spacious rooms and value for money.

Great rooms, easy location to get to, very easy to check in would definitely stay again next time I'm in Bairnsdale

We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 child and got given a room with 1 doyble bed and a couch. The bed was very hard, we ended up getting bitten badly by bed bugs.nThere was things on the carpet which seemed like they didn't vacuum and dust balls on the benches.nThe bathroom seemed clean enough and a good shower.

Good room at a good price.nThe shower was awesome, nice high pressure
