Story

Dalfruin B&B is a magnificent 4 star Edwardian home, a stately landmark building in East Gippsland. Trip Advisor awarded Dalfruin B&B a certificate of Excellence for 2013. Situated in beautiful grounds,just walking distance to the CBD of Bairnsdale with its many restaurants, strip shopping, and only 5 mins walk to Mitchell River.
Spoilt for choice is how our guests describe Dafruin, with either tradtional ‘in house’ B&B or one of our beautifully appointed self contained apartments. No matter what you decide you will not be disappointed. Breakfast is included in the tariff in all rooms, plus FREE wi/fi, complimentary port and chocolates, and all the creature comforts including climate control air conditioning.

Dalfruin Apartment:
The traditional B&B experience on a large scale. Bedroom, ensuite includes claw bath, own lounge and dining room. Experience stepping back in time with lead light windows and ceilings, but not having to forego all the modern comforts. Tea, coffee can be made any time, and a generous healthy breakfast using Gippsland products is served in the gracious dining room with your newspaper, complemtary port and chocolates, Free Wi/fi, parking.

BallyVista Studio Apartment:
Then we have the ambiance of the spacious BallyVista Studio Apartment, fully self contained and gorgeous with kitchenette try out our coffee machine, dining and sitting area, the ensuite includes a claw bath. Garden Apartment:
The French Provincial styled Garden Apartment with views through the French Doors, to the lovely grounds, it is also fully self contained, including a separate kitchenette, and new coffee machine, dining and sitting area.
