Friendly customer service. Location was great as we could walk to cafes and restaurants nearby.nnThe room itself was spacious, the spa was great to relax in.nnWe had to step down to get in the shower rather than it being level with the tiled floor and the bed was in a platform with a step up. We slept with the light on to ensure we didn’t fall down the step on our way to the bathroom.
We had a very pleasant stay here and management was very friendly and helpful.nThe rooms were well appointed and very clean.nWe had a small issue with the tv remote and that was dealt with instantly.nWe’d definitely stay here again.
Lovely updated hotel. Has the old school charm of a country hotel but the modern look of a city apartment.nStaff were friendly and the room was immaculate and clean.

My car broke down in Bairnsdale at about 9:30pm . My sister got on Google and found Mitchell on Main and booked me a room . Her first impressions talking to man doing the booking over the phone was that he very nice . All the staff members I spoke to during my 2 day stay were lovely folk . The room was clean and with good heating and cooling . The bed was very comfortable and the shower wonderful .nI can not think of one thing to complain about . Great service and great facilities.nWould happily stay there again .
