today 11/8/22 i went in the store when this short hair asian woman was yelling and swearing at another woman,by the looks of it her friend,who was doing nothing wrong this asian woman swore at her freind infront of minors and has no common decency.

Was very impressed with the service today. Gentleman asked me if the purchase was a gift. Then asked me if I wanted it wrapped. So I got a free gift wrap. Very cool! They also always have such great bargains too. A usual chocolate haunt of ours.
These guys know customer service! We accidentally left something at the counter when making a purchase. We were tourists staying in CBD and someone very kindly dropped it to our hotel all the way from the Chadstone Shopping Mall. It’s so rare to receive such kind treatment from a shop owner these days that I had to give a shout out. Wish this shop was in Brisbane! Well done.
Big range of products but most of them are out of date. Bought a pack of Raffaello which was more than a month from its best before date. Taste was just disgusting. It is better to pay few dollars more at Coles or Woolies but to get something fresh. Definitely not the ideal place to buy gifts for someone.
The best candy shop in suburban Melbourne by miles!!! There is always a huge smattering of products that will please the window shoppers as a expert though I like there unparalleled range of American, where else are you going to get a almond joy? Just watch your best before dates, they can be miles past.... it’s a critical difference when talking about stuff were flavour, texture and taste are the whole point! month-day-year for yankie stuff.
Unfriendly and unenthusiastic staff! Mature man and mature asian woman. Extremely rude attitude towards work. I felt like someone forced them to work at Sweet As for free. Very poor and low standard of customer service. Well there was no service at all!!!! Shocking!
