Great range of chocolate in all shapes, sizes and flavours to choose from. Lovely gift packs on offer, albeit slightly overpriced. Very basic interior which isn't overly inviting. Service is really good.

I just walked out of this store because the person serving ignored my existence after standing at the counter for more than 10 minutes. Not even an eye contact or a greeting. I mean a simple smile and one sentence explaining, “sorry I’ll be with you just a minute.” will suffice. I understand you must be busy but I don’t remember customer service nowadays being so poor? This is Chadstone we’re talking about, isn’t it meant to be a high end shopping district? Appalled by this experience.

It took more than 10 minutes to make a take away iced chocolate and there wasn't a lot of customers that time. Ice chocolate was good though, but the wait time was just too much.

New owners have done wonders. Quality of chocolate hasn't changed still awesome but they now offer samples. Mmm so even when you're trying to be strong and walk past there's now a lady outside offering chocolate samples and then on the counter inside are more samples of a different chocolate oh man! Deserts are delicious too, can't eat a whole one myself always need to share. Butbyum!
