Burnt coffee, too hot to drink, not textured properly either. Train your staff to use almond milk properly. Possibly the grinder wasn't set up properly but the coffee was too hot to taste.

Being a vegetarian, only realised recently that Haigh's has gelatin in most of their products unlike Lindt which does not use gelatin and suitable for vegetarians. The quality if their chocolates are great and no more Haigh's for me.

Decent Coffee, probably a bit too bitter even for people that like their coffee that way.
Staff were polite, disappointing that takeaway cups were not the bio degradable type, would have rated 4/5 if they were.

Great product, kids loved the cold milkshakes but our experience was ruined by the rude, unapologetic staff. When asked why one of the staff members was repeatedly rude , we were told off saying "Do you know how busy it has been all day". Staff lacked basic mannerisms and customer service skills.
We will stick to Macca's café- at least we are assured a decent cup of coffee and great service every time!
