We got a big chocolate cake platter with two hot chocolate drinks. So we managed to try almost everything in one go. It's probably the first time I ordered so many sweets. The cakes are quite good - full of intense chocolate flavour, caramel and crunchy nuts. Hot drinks are great as well, really dense and balanced in terms of sweetness. The only suggestion - never order the platter! If you want a piece of cake - order one piece and a cup of tea.. or if you want a chocolate drink - get a takeaway and have it as a separate treat. All together - is too much! Couldn't have sweets for about a month after that order.

Went there a few months ago after my friend decided to take me on a date there with a Groupon voucher. Got the special tray, however was disappointed that it's all the same flavour of chocolate and vanilla. Asked the customer service person to change some different flavours around but said it was a set menu. Our coffees were luke warm just like it's customer service and as it shows from other reviewers, tables are dirty and service isn't up to scratch. One of our cakes also was missing a decoration on the top as the table next to us had exactly the same order. I was highly disappointed. Cakes didn't taste that fresh either I'm the KING of freshness. Writing review now as my friend wants to try the city store tonight and this prompt me to leave review now.

Went in today with 6 friends and we were all highly disappointed. Plenty of staff behind the counter, not bothering to acknowledge us or explain we needed to order at the register. We lined up at the wrong register only to have the staff behind the counter say nothing. Worst cup of coffee we ever had, would have been better at mcdonalds! Definitely won't be back!!

Very bad ordering system. Not taking names, no receipt, no order number. After waiting for 10 minutes for my iced mocha in a very not so busy time, my order was taken by a stupid customer who just ordered her drink and thought it was lightning fast to get her drink. The only positive thing was the staff quickly made me another drink which ALSO almost taken by another customer if don't act fast. It so stupid you had to fight for your orders. If you have a proper ordering system this could've been avoided! Very very disappointed

The staff were very friendly and the place itself was nice. However, the drink I ordered (a mocha) was awful. I barely drank half of it. It was way too sweet and hardly tasted of coffee.
