We are a new confectionery business in the USA, we searched and contacted different companies and to some were not willing to even give us go. One of them even said our business was to small and that they only supply to large companies. Doc from Accredited was right there and guided us on what to do and even put us in contact with an excellent export company. Doc even went the extramile and packaged our confectioneries in polystyrene containers to keep the product from melting. We will continue to purchase our products from Accredited Distributors. We want this to be a successful business relationship. Thank you Doc, J&C

I have dealt with Accredited for over ten years, they are not always perfect but heck, who is? When ever i have needed a problem solved they always have been very quick to solve it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in small business and have done so before. Keep up the good work Accredited. Chris, Global Confectionery.

Worst company rep I have ever come across. Placed order 7-8 weeks ago and even after calling to couple of times to chase up tge order and speaking with rep order still not received... always been promised to call me back by rep in 10 mins but 10 mins never ended..worst experience ever...

I have been to this distributors twice to find an alternative from Campbells where i spend $10,000 monthly. Majority of the staff i interacted with are genuine and friendly. Although i had the worst customer experience where i was bullied and mocked by the receptionist with blonde hair who was filled with attitude. I came in for a transaction dispute which i was very unsure about. The receptionist strongly argued there was nothing wrong and condescendingly explained why she was right (she was in fact wrong). As she explained to me, she continuously gestured me to 'shut up' as i tried to interrupt her flawed logic despite her continuously talking over me when i tried to explain what was wrong. She did not listen to me and even smirked to the other receptionist as a form of mockery that i was 'stupid'. Despite the other receptionist seeing that there was something wrong with the transaction, the blonde haired receptionist did not listen to her and continued to waste over 30 minutes of my time. In the end a manager saw there was something wrong with the transaction. The receptionist served another customer and avoided me out of embarrassment. I have dealt with hundreds of really bad customers (as any business owner would) but i have never been in the situation where i needed to deal with an employee as if they were a really bad customer. I am a very patient person and the fact i am never shopping at distributors dandenong again really shows the level of customer service. In highlight, the distributors at Geelong have excellent customer service. They go beyond the requirements. It is only in dandenong.
