Recently bought a car from sutherland Nissan. I am pretty much impressed with used car. All the staff are friendly and are always ready to help. And thanks to James kirkness , Such a professional and friendly sales person who is focused on providing the good customer service. Will recommend people to visit Nissan Sutherland if you're looking for new or used cars
The salesperson Zara was very professional, friendly and patient pre and post sales. However, the trouble came when I discovered a dent that only appeared on the day of collection and was not present during inspection. When she consulted her manager, she informed that it was not possible to repair the dent as they did not have panel beaters with them. I consulted consumer law and asked for it to be repaired. They agreed to get it repaired and asked me to call servicing. I called on and was informed that I can only bring in the car 2 weeks later and had to leave the car overnight 2-3 days with no courtesy car. The dent was small and I have gotten quotes and information from other places that it could be done within the day. If this car was not sold, I am sure that the repair would have been prioritised and not wait for another 2 ½ weeks to get it sorted. Subsequently, I was asked to call the servicing department again to negotiate further. It was really making things hard for customers. When I tried to escalate the matter, I was told that the HQ do not deal with matters related to franchises. Overall, things were great until there were issues. No customer support if things go wrong.
Just bought a car off James! James is the man, very approachable and funny, making us feel comfortable. He went above and beyond with his service and was an all round great guy legend. Left really happy, if you want a car go see James.

Spent 42k on a neglected second hand car. Had to send 20 emails to try sort things out. The car was checked over apparently but the following was not working/needed to be replaced No wheel lock key had a flat had no way to remove the wheel Reverse camera not working Needed wheel alignment Needed wipers replaced Undisclosed damage to the vehicle and coffee stains throughout the front dash. Poor attempt of detail. My car spent 3 days in the workshop to fix the reverse camera and still were unable to do it. The manager Maroun needs to spend some time with the 14 year olds at McDonalds to learn how to fix basic problems and take accountability for his failure leading a team.
My experience with Zara at Sutherland Nissan was just wonderfully smooth and quick. Zara was very knowledgeable and openly provided answers to my queries. A great experience.
I purchased my Nissan X-Trial from Sutherland Nissan and I have used Sutherland Nissan over the last 6 years to service my X-Trail. It has always been carried out well. They have always checked the issues that I have had and corrected them. They inform me about the work to be carried over the standard service and the charges involved. I find that they do the job well. My X-Trail purrs along well as it is the only vehicle that I have.
It's a caryard with salesmen trying to make a living. You know what to expect. Communications could have been better during my 6 month delivery wait. May revise rating after my first service. PS still waiting for my Nissan roofbars ordered 6 months ago. Have now revised my review one star downwards. Why? Because roofbars ordered with the car took almost a year to deliver. I know the pandemic has created some supply difficulties. But how hard is it to let the customer know what's going on? I had to chase up delivery status monthly.
Service staff explained clearly and in detailed about the repair cost and everything was done smoothly. Great service and staff!
