I would like to share feedback about my recent purchase of RAV4 from Sutherland Toyota. Before the purchase; I got in touch with Harry Woods New Vehicle Sales Consultant over the phone who assisted with competitive quote; aftermarket accessories and car insurance. I must say Harry is very prompt with the replies over text and emails. RAV4 is my first brand new car purchase and he made my purchase so easy and kept me updated throughout. I live in Campbelltown and he came to pick us up from Sutherland train station on the day of delivery of the car. He ran through all the steps on the day of car delivery and made the experience so memorable for me and my family. Thank you Sutherland Toyota for having Harry who goes beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I would surely recommend Sutherland Toyota to my friends and family for any car purchases.
At my service the hub caps had not arrived from spare parts so Dan came to my house and fitted them himself. So professional and reliable. Thank you for working so hard and helping me out after a busy and tiring day at Toyota Service Centre.

On hold for nearly 80 minutes then told sorry we're closed. Message says 'your call is very important to us'. So I sent them a text from their website. Not happy. My time is very important to me.nThen the wonderful Ruby rang me. She was marvellous & turned my sour puss into a smile. I hope Stewart Toyota read this & give her a raise or some appreciation for doing a brilliant job.
