Stewart Toyota Surherland team were most helpful in getting me moving again after my previous car was written In a dramatic car accident caused by another driver having a medical episode.nnBoth Dylan and Gerry handled my purchase of a hybrid urban Yaris cross new vehicle and I am enjoying driving it. The safety features and the economical aspects of a hybrid were just what I was looking for in a new car. Having their mobile contact number know inquiry was too much trouble for them to handle and I’m very appreciative of this. Highly recommend.
I recently purchased a second-hand car through Dylan, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.nnEven though this is a Toyota dealership and I was buying a non-Toyota vehicle, Dylan provided outstanding service from start to finish. Since the car was located in Sydney and I’m based in Melbourne, the whole process could have been quite stressful, but Dylan made everything incredibly smooth and straightforward.nnHe explained every detail clearly, helped prepare all the paperwork, and made sure everything was completed as quickly as possible. He was always happy to answer my questions and went above and beyond to find the information I needed.nnBuying a car interstate requires a lot of trust, and Dylan made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. His professionalism, communication, and customer service were exceptional.nnI would genuinely give him a 10-star review if Google allowed it, but unfortunately, 5 stars is the maximum! Aaron and Hami are fantastic! They are very friendly and made my purchase experience go very smoothly. They know how to engage with their customers and ensure it is a pleasurable experience. When I get some questions, they always provide quick response and kept me informed. I am very happy to do business with them. I definitely will recommend Stewart Toyota to my friends/colleagues if they need new or used cars!
As usual disgusting sales service..looking for a new Rav 4 asked him about Encap on car as Open Road explained could have trouble with insurance as they have not been fully checked for safety etc.nNot until end of year.nHe said..oh really don't know why everyone ask me that..!!!!!.get educated !!! You either know about this problem or dont!!!! you either pay more for Insurance untill car is cleared from Encap..nNo... all about making the sale on spot.nWe are going elsewhere..20 years ago we went to Kirrawee same thing.. push push walked out..went to another Toyota dealer loved them..nYou just lost the sale.nWe have had our old Rav 4 serviced at Toyota Kirrawee for many years..the service department are the best the welcome you get on arrival for service the best..nMaybe it should rub off on this particular sales person.nI wish I got his name..very tall fellow..
I recently purchased a used Rav4 from this dealership, The sales team were very informative on the car and were able to answer all of my questions in a timely manner, they were even more helpful once I got to the dealership. I have recently picked up my car with my husband and everything went great. I appreciate everything you guys did for me and my family. I highly recommend this dealership.
