When your car gets the gremlins! and you need a cluster replaced that costs $6000, and your car’s warranty expired a month ago, I went to the Five Dock dealership just to be treated like afterthought and not a customer that needed some support and options they simply hit me with the replacement invoice straight up and the $150 for the inspection. But!, I was referred by a friend to Audi Sutherland which is 45mins away but it was worth the try, booked my car, after the diagnosis and the photos below provided of the issue, they submitted it as a good faith warranty replacement and it got approved! The level of service from the service team Tom March and Daniele Iodice was excellent! I can’t recommend this dealership enough
We took our car here for the first time as we're new to the area and I could not fault the workmanship and customer service. My car was ready before the collection time and was nice and clean. They even replaced my Plate frames which were cracked - free of charge! I'd highly recommend using these guys for all your motoring needs.
The team possess great customer relations and knowledge of the brand. After visiting a few other Dealers in Sydney these are by far the best! My family and friends will be making the trip moving forwards. Thanks guys!
Car Service made easy. Very professional welcoming staff. Courtesy car available very clean . As promised car was ready for pickup. Service a tad pricy but that comes with the badge. End of the day you get what you pay for. Go for it.
Had new A3 into workshop for an intermittent coolant temperature dash warning light, received excellent and prompt service from Mary and Paul and their team. My apologies to all service members for the inconvenience and troubles caused by myself when confusing the distance warning light for the coolant temp. Warning light.
Paid close to $900 for fitting a single ignition coil when my car was miss firing a few months back. Every other mechanic i have been too have said this should take no more than $100 to replace. But to charge that much and only change 1 is comical. Even performance garages scoff at the price I was charge when I tell them the story. I'm now also left with an issue where I only have 1 "new" ignition coil and 3 old ones. Its like they want the others to fail so I can bring it back. That said, who knows what I would of been charged for replacing all 4 lol. Never again.
Big thanks to the service manger Tom from Audi service Center in sutherland and Daniel service advisor , I brought my 2021 Audi RS4 for its first service and the way I was treated was unbelievable , top class all the way so professional and classy definitely running a tight ship nothing is out of control or place everyone working together as a team and the attitude is so down to earth they made me feel at ease and confident, and most important I was not taken advantage of by any way , they done more work on the car that I didn’t get charged for I feel bad I didn’t get to know the names of the top tech that worked on my car but I hope they know that I appreciate their work they done on my car ,,, the car feels so smooth and perfect I highly recommend this service Center to any and all Audi owners spatially if you own S OR RS models and I also like to thank Mary service advisor for introducing me to Tom service manger , thank you again for everything.

Terrible service. I got annual service done 1month ago. But found out oil was leaking. So I called them and explained. They said they were fully booked until next week. I couldn’t understand why they couldn’t fit me in straight away since it was their negligence. So I ended up going to a different mechanic to get it fixed which only took 10mins. The mechanic said the problem was because the oil bolt was not tightened properly when the service was done.
Tom March and the team at Audi Sutherland Service have been fantastic. I have had issues with my car and visited this Dealership and numerous others over the past couple of years and have never felt valued. This time around the team have been nothing short of premium with their approach and have finally fixed the issue. I can not recommend these guys enough.
