Formerly known as McGrath Holden Sutherland, Sutherland Holden has been handing over the keys to new and used Holdens to the residents of Sutherland for many, many years.

It’s our second most favourite thing to do.

Took my Holden Trax into the dealership for a new car warranty repair on a tailgate that wouldn't close securely They said it's a simple adjustment and would take no more than a hour The vehicle was booked in for repair. It was was done within the hour as promised, but there was a problem. The fault hadn't been rectified. The service representative took the vehicle back into their workshop, which is where I heard lots of loud slamming of the tailgate occur. Fifteen minutes later, the vehicle was returned with the tailgate closed correctly. The next day, when I used the car again, it was again failing to close properly. The vehicle was booked in for repair again, do they could fit a new latch. Again, it was returned to me in a faulty condition. They said it will now need new struts, but they need to order them in, and that it will take a few days. Almost a month later, they still haven't fixed the fault. They fail to return calls as to when my car will be fixed. Awful service Looks like it's time to complain to head office
We dealt with Chris and had a wonderful overall experience. He went over the top to get us into an Astra we could afford for our father. We drove pretty far to secure the deal and will definitely come back for any future business. There was not a time that we felt pressured into signing the dotted line, Chris was very informative and happy to answer all our questions regarding the of the car. We highly recommend Sutherland Holden especially Chris if you are looking for a hastle free vehicle purchase.
Always a pleasure dealing with Ian, James and the Service team at Sutherland Holden. In the last few months I have had ongoing issues with Holden Customer Care in regards to different parts in the car the "customer care" term should be used quite loosely. The Service Manager, Ian and his team at Sutherland have been able to step in and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Always with a satisfactory outcome at an affordable price to myself and young family. Thanks again Ian. You restore my faith in customer service!
Great experience buying our new car at Sutherland Holden with Phil Trinh. He was very helpful and polite throughout. Took us for a test drive, talked us through all the car's features and introduced us to workshop supervisor. Gave us a great deal. Cheers!
The sales person Chris is friendly and helpful but his colleague Norm has a poker face and it seems he was trying so hard to be nice but he failed. And the second hand Evoke I got from there is disappointing, an obvious vibration in gas pedal and was told the mechanics only work during work days, can hardly find a time to have my car checked. For the people who plans to buy a holden, please make sure you test the car on high way.
Very happy with the service I received here! Adam was my salesperson and could not be happier. Went in to buy the car on a Thursday morning and was driving it out of the dealership at 5pm same day! Did a great price on a brand new Cruze, so if looking for a Holden would highly recommend paying these guys a visit.
Just bought an awesome used HSV through Chris, Scott and Belinda at Sutherland Holden, I'm one very happy customer!! In my opinion buying a car can sometimes be stressful, but the guys made it a very simple, transparent and fast process. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a car from a reputable Dealer!
Definitely would not recommend! After taking my brand new car to get its first service, they then washed the car, without my permission, leaving swirl marks and scratches all over the paint! Prior to having it serviced I had my car professionally detailed in order to remove the initial imperfections which came with the car. They then REFUSED to pay for the repairs to the damage they caused!!! which was over $1000 The service manager is very rude, and I will be sure to tell all who will listen not to take their business to Sutherland Holden. Will NEVER purchase a car from this dealership again!
Service given by the Holden team was professional and efficient. Strongly recommend buying a Holden vehicle. Dennis and Norman helped make the process of buying a car easy and ensured that the best possible deals were outlined. Highly recommended.
Avoid at all costs.very dishonest staff at least in fleet. Tell me 2 weeks for my car to arrive so they can secure a sale. Once the purchase order is submitted and finalized i am advised the cars not even in the country and its 5 weeks away. There's the right way to sell then there's the Sutherland way. Will deter anyone from buying from here. Save yourself the headache very scrupulous behavior. Have lodged a formal complaint with Holden.
