What a great experience we had at Lexus Sutherland.nnAfter meeting with one other dealership and my husband ringing around other dealerships and got no where. Great experience here at Lexus, especially coming from another car brand with terrible service which I will not name here. Raymond was very friendly and helped us with our purchase, giving us a great deal on our car. Also thanks to Jonathan who assisted us with a unique circumstance. Very happy with the purchase of our new car from Lexus Sutherland. James Chung from the sales team, who are  not only friendly, helpful but also professional and courteous.

1 star is even over rated for the “service” I received 2 weeks ago. The sales representative James Chung was absolutely arrogant and had no sense of customer service. He barely wanted to give us any tours or introductions on the NXs & RXs that my and my husband requested for. According to him, all information is available online so we may purchase or book directly, or even from other dealers. He didn’t even wanna take our contact details. Got a business card after 2 times asking. For the whole experience, we felt so unwelcome as a true customer. What a damage to the brand reputation! We were so disappointed by the service and totally off the brand. Instead, we made a purchase at Volvo last week just opposite the road.
