BEWARE OF SERVICING HEREnI recently had my car serviced at Sutherland Mazda 25.01.24, and unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience.nnDuring the service, the technicians left the spark plugs inside the bonnet of my car. This oversight was unexpected and disconcerting. While it might seem like a minor issue, it raises concerns about the attention to detail and thoroughness of the service provided.nnI understand that mistakes can happen, but what bothered me more was the lack of acknowledgment and a proactive response when I brought this to the attention of the staff. A simple apology and a quick resolution would have sufficed, but instead, there seemed to be a dismissive attitude.nnAs a now ex customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether Sutherland Mazda is the right place for reliable and attentive vehicle maintenance.nnBeware.
Had a wonderful experience buying a used car from Sutherland Mazda. The team are very professional and friendly. Jordan, Maroon, Tim, and Conrad are great at what they do. I’m very happy with my purchase!
