Absolutely beautiful place, excellent reception and greeting. Shown around the place, including local knowledge of good dining areas, nightlife and tourist attractions. Well looked after once we arrived at the place, easy going people, compassionate and respectful staff and owners. Thank you for the stay and time at your resort. From the 2 Melbourne boys.

First class accommodation, like a home from home. The proprietors paul and sylvia mathewson couldn't have been more helpful, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Me and my wife Ashleigh thoroughly reccomended this lovely well appointed apartment complex for your stay on Australia's gold coast.

The owners are fantastic and very accommodating. The room was great, a small 1 bedroom self contained apartment. A short 5min walk to the beach. About 20min walk to surfers and broardbeach. We would totally stay here again.

Management was lovely upon arrival. Once approached about reoccurring problems within the apartment, management became defensive and began to insist that there was nothing wrong with the utilities. Water from the shower began to leak under the tiles in the bathroom and into the floor of the connecting bedroom causing the carpet to become saturated. When management was approached, once again they became defensive, claiming that the problem had previously been fixed and that there was nothing they could do about it, just a simple shrug of the shoulders was all we received. We requested a change of rooms due to asthma, allergies and OHS issues, that was declined then from there we requested a refund for the remaining 6 nights left on our stay but they refused, only offering a fraction of the full paid amount. When confronted about their unsubstantiated allegations and once they were informed that the conversations were being recorded, the wife's attitude changed dramatically. We left the accomodation unhappy and with no where to stay at 10pm. We will not be returning nor recommending this resort to anyone.
