Aruba Beach Resort is located in cosmopolitan Broadbeach, right in the in the heart of the vibrant Gold Coast.

I had a studio room with all the basics you would need for a night stay which is good - bed, bathroom, air conditioning, a table and chair, fridge, ceiling fan. They also offer a microwave and tea/coffee but that's not in the room... they don't have an elevator so its stairs all the way. There's a small gym and pool, and the parking is very small. There are a lot of rooms but not many with balconies from the looks of it :( However, if you're on a budget and need a cozy place to stay, this is a good place with a pretty good location !

Unfortunately, this is what happens when someone makes a booking on your behalf. *The room we were in was near the street, one could hear everything. *Some of the room facilities were outdated. *The extra blanket for the bed I slept in needed a wash and had holes in it. *However I found the mattress to be very comfortable.

Terrible RUDE staff now there is new owner ship. Room was advertised cheaper on the day however we were charged more. Broken dryer - too bad if I needed to use it. Only good thing is it's close to what I need. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

I'm highly disappointed. Shower scum so bad the I can write words into it. I was wanting to change bedrooms due to noise pollution, while I was asking for a tea towel that should of been in the room, she told me that only one room has been paid for n not to use the 2nd room or I would be charged extra. So they don't care for there guests because immediately she should of sent a cleaner up to clean it, except no cleaners were available n they are quite happy about not ensuring I enjoy my stay by forcing me to listen to noise pollution, which I was unaware of until this morning listening to busy traffic n motels gates slamming real early in the morning. When brought to attention that letting me use the 2nd room would compensate the shower scum, well that was refused. This is why I am writing this rate of stay. These are pictures of shower scum. Not a bad place to stay for the price. No elevators to higher floors which didn't bother me, but was a bit harder for my mother. Loxation is great, short walk to the Gold Coast convention Center, The Star and Oasis shopping Center. Also close to many restaurants.
