I attended Joondalup today and had a great experience with an employee named Travis. He gave me great advice and I will definitely return. Great customer service.

Called to ask about the price of a brand of whey protein and the guy just slammed the phone pretty hard, he wasn't happy at all.  I wasn't rude or disrespectful, check your recordings. Simply went to nutrition warehouse after this.  I know you don't care but this guy is costing you customers lol. If he's done it once, he'll probably do it again :  Best regards

Just been to store. Very unwelcoming staff. Shouldn’t have purchased anything. Not seeing me next time.

Friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Great range of products and prices are as expected.

Honestly this was some of the best service I have ever received in Perth and I was only in the store for 5 minutes. 2 people on staff, one welcomed me to the store and the other came and helped me with my product selection - she had great knowledge of the range. I even got a free protein snack with my purchase not the cheap stuff either. Super impressed!

Lovely staff, service was fast and was a pleasure to go there

The store is well layed out and contains many well know brands. The lady at the front was very attentive.

10/10 service, well laid out. A lot of passion and care goes into this store and its customers.

Great range of quality products. The assistant was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
