Just starting to get my fitness back on track with PT sessions at Gentem Gym check them out on insta and Emily, an old friend of mine, helped me with all the essentials and guided my lost brain. Super friendly and will be back when I need to restock.

Went in today around 11, TERRIBLE SERVICE. asked for a certain brand, was told they didn’t have it to find out they did : was in there for a while and asked for help but was given a one word answer- won’t be back
Not impressed, they are falsely advertising a lot of products which their stores dont carry. And the individual stores cant tell you which stores carry what. Every store we went to just kept saying "we dont carry those items try such and such a store instead". We had 6 items on our list which were being advertised on their website, none of the stores we visited had any of the items. Obviously my time and petrol is not worth anything to these people, the height of arrogance. Its called false advertising. Poorly run businesses like this which treat their customers so arrogantly should not expect your business.
The best service I've received from any supplement store, ever. Friendly, honest and inviting. Very happy with the product that was recommended to me, exactly what I wanted. Will be getting my supplements here from now on for sure!
Awesome staff. The bloke approached me straight away knowing I was looking for something specific. Refreshing to have someone explain the products to me. 5 stars.

Hands down best service and staff I've ever seen. A must visit for anyone curious about supplements. I'll certainly come back for all my supplement needs!
