First time at this store looking for some new protein and amino acids. Summer who was working there at the time was very helpful and provided great customer service. She was knowledgeable and offered helpful recommendations. Deserves a great deal of recognition. 10/10
Great products supported by very knowledgeable team. I’ve always received practical, valuable advise on what to buy. Definitely my favourite supplement shop.
Walked in first time to this place in balcatta, guy named Stefan* extremely helpful guy, told me about signing up and receiving a free shaker and $10 voucher, pretty new to supps and the dude gave me a few samples on what he recommends, even looked after my mate that was with me who is a usual customer and didn't want to leave him out so gave him some samples too, definitely returning and telling others about it.
Excellent staff and service. They are always incredibly helpful and support your health needs and goals. I had a problem with one of the products I purchased, came back a couple of days later and with no hassle they exchanged the product. Thank you to the team for your support
When i go to this place i usually spend over 400$. This is the last time I'm buying stuff from this place. The dude was so rude because they close around 4 and I got there around 3:30 the way he told me we are closing was so rude, I can see he wasn't happy from now on I will spend my money somewhere else
Well stocked store, with a lot of ranges. The staff were friendly and offered help but didn’t follow me around or try to up sell me. The staff member I spoke to was knowledgeable and really friendly. I was worried I’d be misled to spending money being an obvious newbie to fitness but she seemed as excited for me to start my journey as I am and very willing to share some friendly advice on the items I got.
I find the staff very helpful, professional and extremely knowledgeable with all the products they sell . There is always deals and I rate them 100% highly recommended
