I normally buy my supplements from this store and the customer service is always great. However I came in on Saturday 31/07/21 and unfortunately the customer service was just not there. I wasn't greeted when I walked in and was only acknowledged after I initiated the conversation by asking if there was a specific flavour in the protein. After being told it was only what was on the shelf, I wasn't offered any further assistance in recommendations for other brands, flavours etc.
Went to the store to buy 1 thing, and left with priceless information and non bias recommendations plus a better suited product. Matt was very helpful, approachable, and is probably overqualified in knowledge. If you have the time, be sure to pay attention to what Matt has to say! 10/10 service
Amazing store, wide variety of products and very knowledgeable staff Matt who doesn't just try to push unnecessary product onto me, understands what I require, which is why i return. Recently opened the front of the shop up to allow more light in which seems minor but dramatically changes the place. Well done !
The best supplement store I've been so far. Very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly staff who will help you if needed to chose the very best supplements for your fitness and bodybuilding goal. Handy and very professional barber shop included in the store facility. Highly recommended! And honest five stars!
These guys are the best on price and always make the effort to get in the best products. Matt was great to deal with, has extensive knowledge on products and solid recommendations. Won't be getting my supps anywhere else from now on!
Visited this place today, Whole range of all sort of Stuff but the thing that impressed me the most was " The Honest Sharing of Knowledge regarding products and suggestion of the best product for your goals ". First time i felt someone is there for Customers and not just for Handing over the random products. Definitely gonna visit again, Highly Recommended.
Easy to rate this place 5/5! Went in and saw Matt he was easy to talk to and gave me so much information and really helped me out. Can't beat real customer service!! i wont go any where else from now on.
Shout out to Matt here at Elite Supps Malaga, If anyone is unsure of what to get he knows his stuff and his friendly approachable manner really helped me in making an informed decision of what to buy. Keep up the good work, and the ANS Prophecy Pre Workout is a winner in my book
The web site says it is open on a Sunday. Even the lit up sign in the window says open 7 days a week, yet, when I got there on this Sunday, I was told that there is no one working today. Very disappointed.
From working in a supplement store myself, I know Elite Supps Malaga stock quality products and great value for my money! They have everything I need all in the one store! Even the staff are amazing and very very informative!! I would recommend this store to anyone I know, especially if they want right advice and products worth their while!
