Great service any store you attend, communication between stores is great and I've had no issues dealing with them. Slight problem with the online system and in store system not talking to each other which I'm hoping will be fixed quickly. Overall great people manning the stores.
Staff were super knowledgeable and friendly, while not trying to push supplements down my throat. They Simply educated me and provided recommendations when asked. Definitely will shop here again!
Use to be my go to one stop shop but ever since Josh has left this place has nosedived badly and you can’t get stock or good customer service so now I shop elsewhere.
I get my Rule1 protein from here. If they dont have it in store at the time I visit, in the size and flavour I want they get it for me the next day. I have found the price for Rule 1 protein is cheaper here than in other places around Perth. Staff are generally pleasant and helpful here.

Below par rude customer service I was asking for recommendation for a strong preworkout and the response was no idea and the man was too busy on his phone watching videos sitting at the back of the store
Went in to purchase some protein cookies today, Kyle was absolutely awesome - he was happy to share a whole bunch of really useful information regarding my workout plan, equally happy to answer my questions and explain the product benefits. Great to meet someone who is passionate about his industry and genuinely wants to help customers. This is my supplement store from now on, hands down.
