Went shopping here and two girl cwh workers would NOT move when i was trying to walk passed them down the isle lol sooo rude! Ive definently heard horror stories about the girls that work here, constant arguing and bickering, the manager jacinta is probably the source of their problems, she was not pleasant to talk to at all. Work your issues out girls, your ALL so immature!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I found a product cheaper than at Chemist Warehouse, but the manager and staff refused to price match it. The Chemist Warehouse website clearly states that they will match the price and give 10% of the difference if a cheaper price is found. However, the staff at the Joondalup store did not want to help and made me wait 30 minutes for an answer.nnPlease educate your staff on your company’s policies or ask your head office to remove the misleading price match claim from your website. This was the worst experience I’ve had at a Chemist Warehouse. Look at the photo attached.
Purchased a Men's cologne for my husband but got the wrong one on the Thursday night after work. Returned today Saturdaywanting to exchange and told can't as has to be within 24hrs. I said I wasn't aware of this to which I was told it's on the website. Well I am now on website and still cannot find. So angry!
Was returning a supplement as we got the incorrect one hasn’t been opened, receipt available. Very rude lady at the counter told us we can’t return it. She told me to speak directly with the manager if I want to. The lady at the counter end up asking the security to chase us down the entire time at the shop while we were waiting. We waited for a bit but the Manager/Pharmacist on duty didn’t even went out to speak with us as she’s busy. Shop has less than 10 people at the time.nnManaged to return some supplements before at a different outlet before.nnBad customer service, poor management, racial discrimination. Where on earth can you find a security chasing you down just because you want to return an item.
