I have been a member of Your Way Support Service for nine months now, within that nine months I have found the staff in the office and my support workers to be highly dedicated, with excellent service. Without the help I wouldn’t be where I am today. I am able to see out side the square and am now enjoying life and the quality of activities I now participate in. My staff members are always positive and dedicate 110% of there time into my welfare and bring positivity and change to my once depressive and dreary lifestyle.  I would highly recommend You Way Support to help fulfilling any of your life’s goals.  l have just returned from an awesome trip to the Sunshine Coast unfortunately the fishing trip was canceled so my support worker and I put plan B in place and enjoyed the markets along without shopping, meet up with my family and had good time l would like to say special thanks Your Way Support Staff and my support staff Olivia.

As an employee, this place has no clue of how to run a business.. They change internally staff every week. For the first three months, they are throwing a member that you with little to no information of what the member needs in the fact of support.  The  director, of the company has lost her way and everything to do about what the company's she brags that she is started this company because she was sick of  all the other companies and how they are run... Just please be aware and ask to see the support workers certificates yellow card and Blue card as I don't really think there's many people in this organisation actually has any credentials..  Ask NDIS to be directed to a different company...

This company is next level ...Amazing..not only with the clients exceptional in regard to support staff ..WHAT AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THE WORLD NEEDS MORE OF YOU ALL

I put in a complaint re one of their carers who looks like a tramp when taking her clent out ready for the beach look!!. And chastised me in public because she didn't like what I said to her client my x the company just laughed at my complaint and said it was pathetic complaint...looking at other reviews written here I can see why they said its a terrible company...all true...they are the pathetic ones...

This place is amazing. The owners are AMAZING. So kind and passionate. They do care. If you need help, YOUR WAY SUPPORT SERVICES is the way to go because it is all about Y O U !! You won't be sorry
