I was looking for motor oil for my son's car. The young man who assisted me initially was called away to the counter. He was replaced by Amelia who was knowledgable, friendly and helpful. She asked for details of my son's car including the mileage to ascertain the most appropriate motor oil. She spent time ensuring that my purchase was suitable and also time explaining to me why she recommended that particular product. Thank you Amelia, I really appreciate your excellent customer service and knowledge of the products. The other young man was helpful too. Congratulations on recruiting such fine young people. I will recommend Supercheap Auto Springvale to my friends and family.
nPicked up a car battery that was on special at Super Cheap Auto Sandown. Great price and the staff were super helpful in making sure I got the right one for my car. Quick, easy and hassle-free. Couldn’t be happier with the service
I took a friend here today to purchase a battery. My friend did not know her rego, model or the year the car was made. There were 2 staff members near the front counter. My friend approached the male staff member, said she was looking to purchase a battery and he told her Rachel would look after her, effectively giving me the impression that he couldn't be bothered helping my friend.nThis turned out to be very lucky for my fried. The female staff member was named Rachel and she was amazing.nWhilst I was sitting on the chair laughing, she talked my friend through a few different things and compared 2 probable makes of the car and after a few minutes made an educated guess as to which battery was needed.nThroughout the whole transaction Rachel was friendly, smiling and chatting with us both. At no stage did she get frustrated nor did she make my friend feel silly for not knowing certain things.nI really hope the Manager/Owner/Head Office read these reviews becasue Rachel deserves aknowledgement of her amazing Customer Service skills. I will definitely go there again if needs be
We ran into an issue with our newly purchased vehicle and I spoke with manager Wendell at the Sandown store. Initially we thought we were sold an incorrect product, he patiently worked through the information I was providing him and completed further checks on the product to ensure it’s compliance with our newly purchased vehicle. As I’m not “car savvy” he offered to contact the VW to understand what had happened. He did this promptly and contacted me with further context about the issue .This information was vital when dealing with the dealership that we had purchased our car from. We were so impressed with the effort he made, his non argumentative manner and solution focussed customer service. He really was unreal. A great talent for Super cheap auto.
I was recently moved to nearby this area and had some problems on my car. Had a thought and why not try the store nearby ? I had a call to the store yesterday and picked up by Ryan which gave me a brief explanation with patience and some advice regarding my purchase and fitment in store. So i decided to purchase through their website might as well register ad club member. I Pop in the second day for click and collect and also fitment in store. I met Justin and he was so helpful in contacting the mechanic in charge for fitment and there he come-Ryan. We had a brief talk about the problem of my car and then he went in store to get some tools. Within few minutes he solved the problem and ask me to try operating my car. After the document signing stuffs, he gave a the best wishes for the day. Justin was so friendly, helpful ,and Ryan definitely is so so chatty , supportive , professional and effiecient!
