You only come here if something has happened to your car tyre and you need a fast repair. These guys help and help with the best speed possible. Nothing worse than a puncture, yet their friendly attitude and speedy fixing is always sensational. This Bridgestone service centre is always our first choice for tyres, and the unfortunately puncture.

I came in to replace the front left tire which was damaged by a pot hole, this was on my brand new 3week old Golf. Before the mechanics took the car in, I specifically asked them to take extreme care of the car, this however turned into a disaster.. I asked the boys to check any other damage on the rim, they informed me that it was slightly buckled and a few light scratchers from the pot hole impact on the inside of the rim, right next to the tire cut, nothing else. There was no damage to the front of the rim at this point. I was informed that the rim is safe to drive, and so I replaced the tire which was ordered in in the morning of the day. When the car was driven out of the shop, I checked the rim and tire to make sure they didn’t mess it up, and of to my shock there was this 1.5-2 inch machine scratch/cut in the middle of the rim on the front. This was clearly damaged during the tire change. When I saw that, I was extremely disappointed and simply put pissed off. The manager was the one who reversed the car out, so I showed it to him. He immediately walked in saying which one of you 'f***** it up this time.' After a moment, he came out with a different attitude, treating me like I made it up and had caused the scratch prior to the shop myself. This infuriated me even more as they wouldn’t take responsibility for the damage they have caused to my brand-new vehicle. The manager called the owner and he came out. I explained the situation to him and to check the cameras. He did, but apparently, the camera didn’t show that side of the car, even though my car was parked in the right angle for it to see it. He however acknowledged the mistake and offered to replace the rim. I settled the tire account and left. I was told that he will order it in and call me back. A few days later I received and email saying that he will no longer replace my rim because it was already damaged when I came in. I answered to his email that this was absolutely nonsense and urged him to reconsider his position and not trust his dodgy staff who clearly lied to cover their mistake. He chose not to respond at all, which leads me to believe that they are all dodgy and are looking for a way out of taking responsibility to the damage caused. I have already filed a complaint to consumer affair. 

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment and the damage caused to my property. I will take this as far as necessary, until justice has been served. A pot hole cannot cause a 1.5-2inch deep cut like this one. I urge anyone to stay away from this place!

Debbie's got a great & friendly team. Pricing is perfect and service is prompt. Highly recommended to anyone in this area. Its a family run business and they look after you.
