Bought my car here for repair due to an accident.  Door replaced, dent fixed.  All up 2 1/2 weeks.  Service was great.  Nice and easy.  The only complain I have is the smell of spray paint inside the car and some of my car settings were changed.  Overall, very satisfied.

I’ve had my car fixed twice from Capital Smart in Rowville. Both times were simply amazing, they fixed my car and went above and beyond to get my car fixed within a time frame that worked for me. My car looks brand new not to mention washed and cleaned. The 2 girls at reception are both so lovely and easy to deal with on the phone and also went above and beyond for me in getting information back to me.

Fantastic customer service and support the minute you walk through the front door. The reception staff were amazing to deal with and we were sent regular updates/phone calls regarding the vehicle. The repair staff were equally friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. Taking the time to answer all my questions.nWe highly recommend this business. Excellent, professional customer service and we really felt at ease and glad we chose Capital S.M.A.R.T repairs in Rowville to take care of our car.

Amatures. Paint has bubbled around sill. Undersprayed chasis under the door and left yellow paint on chrome door handle and down side of ute. Promised parts were not fitted as they came after car picked up, but rather then telling me they just kept them. The clowns couldn't even care to remove all the masking tape. Smart could not have shown less care or skill and are completely inept.

Shelley was the man at Capitol Smart Rowville who assessed my vehicle and handed it back two weeks later.nHe clearly loves his job and co-ordinated the whole process exactly as he promised.
