They fixed our air conditioning unit. They were several hundred dollars cheaper than the other quotes we got. The guy that we dealt with the most explained our car's issue very thoroughly, as well as how the system works and what was involved in fixing it. My only criticism would be their lack of communication / updates on the car being fixed. Otherwise though, I'm happy with the job they did.

I can not recommend these guys enough. I have taken 2 of my cars there for completely different problems. Both times they have fixed the issues and at a great price. While dropping off one of the cars off, my father tells me he also uses these guys and I can see why. Very honest and accommodating people.
Dealt with Matt from Rowville Auto Electrics to have an A/C condenser and dryer installed which I supplied to them brand new and a regas with final pressure test. All up $510. Arrived home and noticed 4 leftover screws and 2 metal clips sitting in the middle console. Popped the bonnet to inspect the workmanship. Overall was very disappointed. Found the location of two of the leftover screws straight away. The cooling fan relay was loosely stuffed into an empty cavity above the radiator fan instead of being secured back onto the guide rail. The dipstick plastic handle fell apart in my hand as soon as I tried to check the oil level. When I picked the car up I was told there were no issues with the job – perhaps their default answer. I phoned back to let them know my concerns. They owned up to breaking the dipstick but only after I quizzed them on it. Matt offered for me to bring the car back to find homes for all the left-over screws and re-glue the dipstick back together for their second time but you can understand my concerns in leaving my car here again. During the phone call he told me he wasn’t aware that the guy that worked on my car had done this. Not good enough in my opinion. When you take money from a customer, you must own the responsibility for the work carried out. Perhaps better communication is in order to insure customers aren’t driving off with incomplete jobs on their cars only to find problems later on. A/C works.
Cannot rate these guys enough. No bull $&@$ just right to the point. They look beyond the repair they are doing, have excellent communication. If I could give them more stars I would. Well done guys !
Absolute Champions! Rob and Nathan we’re extremelly helpful with my solar issue on our custom converted mini bus. They fit me in the day I called and fixed the issue within an hour. Highly recommended!!
