Hi Rowville Accident Centre is the best repairer . Highly and best customer service. Staff is the best special thanks to them. I have done my car there they gave me my car back after repair and shocked me my car looks perfect now they washed and detailed my car after repair. My car looks new brand now. I can definitely recommended this shop!!! Great customer service, very friendly and they gave me a free loan car to use while mine was being repaired. I came in unsure what to do about my car, but they guided me every step of the way and dealt with my insurance stress. The workers at Rowville accident repair centre are friendly and caring. I can most definitely recommend this shop.

The BEST Repairer. Very professional in their jobs. Highly professional and best customer service. Highly recommended to everyone to repair their car there. Dealing with every insurence and their courtsy cars are exceptionally neat and tidy. Return the customers car after repair with full wash and in tidy condition. Good luck guys. Jazz

I would say the worst smash repair in Australia and must not go to that shop ever so that they should learn lesson. Poor customer service, no follow up, no reply back. I paid $100 advance to fix bumper bar of my car and made about 15 calls in last 5 weeks but no response and got response just 2 days back. The manager promised me to fix my car in 2 days but still no reponse and finally got my car fixed from outside . They are not giving my deposit back either and I lost $100 and paid full amount to other shop after 6 weeks to fix my bimper bar.I think they should shut their shop and stop ripping off people. So, In short go anywhere else but not those people. Thanks

Fantastic experience. Handled everything professionally. Great response time with quote. VERY PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING IN REGARDS TO PAYMENT. LOOKED AT MANY WAYS TO SAVE US MONEY WITHOUT CUTTING OUT ON COMPROMISING. The finished job was outstanding looked better than before. Great friendly people to deal with. Will be recommending ROWVILLE ACCIDENT REPAIR CENTRE to all my friends. 10 out of 10. Thanks Guys
