Will never take my car back there. Wheel nuts done up so tight the edges were scarred. When I took the car for new tyres the tyre place couldn't undo the wheel nuts with their rattle gun and they broke a wheel brace trying to undo them. Ended up needing a metre long pipe to loosen them. The alignment Waverly Holden did was so bad, the steering wheel was almost 10 degrees off centre. As if I am going to take it back for them to re align it.
I would fully recommend the services of Waverley Motor group! I was having issues with my car and needed a new engine which was going to cost me around $9k. Kyle was amazing and kept in constant contact with me, he was calm and proposed possible solutions. As the car was only 5 years old, he offered to reach out to Holden, and try to get compensation/contribution for the new engine to save me as much $ as possible. His persistence resulted in the engine being replaced as a 100% goodwill warranty. I couldn’t be more grateful to Kyle and the group for the support and persistence, which has resulted in me not being out of pocket at all! Great customer service! Thank you
I took my car for a service last September 7, 2022 at Waverley Holden and I was very pleased on the service they did to my Holden Trax. I've been using this company for years and they are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and though the price was beyond my budget they did an excellent job and was done on the same day. I am always dealing with Glenn Maddock and found him very accomodating and has an excellent customer service. Highly recommended without reservation. Thank you Glenn at Waverley Holden

Great experience dealing with the service team from the initial booking to pick-up. The drop off process was quick and well organized there were about 10 or so people dropping cars off at 7.30am and a free shuttle was offered for anyone local. I was having a problem with my car which was just out of warranty and they covered it anyway. I also had my car serviced. I received a text to say the car was ready by 12pm. They had cleaned my car inside and out and gave me a cute bottle of jelly beans, which was a nice touch. Everyone I dealt with was helpful and friendly even though they were busy. Fantastic customer service.
Recently purchased a Holden Astra from Waverley Holden. The whole experience was first class. Thanks to John and all the team. So friendly and professional with excellent facilities for customers. Customer service from reception was second to none and John was very knowledge regarding all the features of my new almost! Holden Astra RS-V and I was given what I think was an excellent deal. Love my car and so glad I bought from Waverley Holden. Was meant to go and look at another car after going to Holden Glen Waverley but never got there as fell in love with my Astra and decided to buy on the spot.....There was also no pressure to buy unlike some other places. Thank you everyone.
The service was excellent, the sales staff were very accomodating in terms of test driving vehicles and listened to my needs and suggested options that I hadn’t yet considered. I purchased a demo model Holden Astra and so far have been very happy with the vehicle - payment and pick up was efficient and everyone from the dealership has been friendly and helpful. There was also a good selection of new and used car stock and the dealership is located next to several others, which is very convenient.
