Christmas hours says open til 2pm. Drove from Pakenham as they advised the Springvale store was only ones close by that had the item I was after, arrive at 1:50PM and the front door is locked. You close at 2pm, not 1:50PM. Do better.

Got served by Deane and she was amazing helped find what we needed told us exactly when we'd get our parts. Acted kindly, friendly and professionally perfect experience.
