Overpriced with rude arrogant owner and workers.. wouldn't shop here if it was free can't see this place getting much business. Wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.

Visited this store today as we had purchased a Beko Freezer 5 years ago which is now causing problems.  We had gone with the intention of purchasing a new freezer.  We mentioned the problems we were having with the Beko which was the reason we were now looking for a new one.  We were promptly told that they were too busy to spend time with us today as they had new stock arrive and had to put it away.  They said we should come back another day. Guess what??? we went to Harvey Norman where we felt welcome and purchased our new freezer there.   Would definitely not recommend this store nor will we ever return.

Poor service, cheap and nasty products. We had multiple faults with our Simpson washing machine that we purchased. After the second unsuccessful repair, our warranty was no longer recognised. All this happened within 12 months of purchase. Also the owner is more than happy swearing at his customers.

Can't comment on products but have been to the shop twice and staff showed no interest at all in serving me. Today the staff member didn't even acknowledge me even though I spent about 10 minutes looking at washing machines.

rude and lazy , and the website will be reported as false advertising under the bait and switch system.. 0nly 1 of the 9 items they said they had was in stock and it was a pig .
