Value for money, this place is 5 stars. Food is outstanding! I The 20% discount on meals when you book a room is a fantastic deal. Best of all….is the service. Good customer service is hard to find these days. Your frontline employees are the face of the business and they were outstanding . The assistant manager at reception was efficient and friendly for check in. Jake on the restaurant counter was exceptional! He deserves a pay rise. I travel frequently to this area and will be back again. I recommend !
Sunnybank hotel is a very friendly place for a night out enjoying the delicious food. Then enter the gaming room that has a buzz about it. Friendly staff are always nearby to assist if necessary. The sports bar is a great area covering all your sporting to have a drink while watching your football or having a bet on the horses. It’s understandable why this place is so popular. Special mention for Dave who was in the sports bar ready with a friendly smile. I’ll definitely be returning to Sunnybank Hotel as it has the perfect atmosphere.
I had the most fantastic evening at the Sunnybank Hotel last night! I've been a few times over the years, but the current atmosphere is just brilliant. From the moment we walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home.nnThe energy of the place was buzzing. It was busy, but in the best way possible—full of happy people enjoying a great night out. We managed to get a table for dinner and the food was absolutely top-notch. I had the steak and it was cooked to perfection, and my friend couldn't stop raving about her chicken parmigiana. The portions were generous and everything came out piping hot and fresh.nnWhat really sets the Sunnybank Hotel apart, though, is the vibe. It's the perfect local spot with a modern, clean feel. Whether you're there for a casual drink with mates, a family dinner, or to watch the game on the massive screen’s, it just works.nnCan't recommend it highly enough. We'll definitely be back very soon! It's great to have such a reliable and enjoyable pub right in the heart of Sunnybank.nnI just wish I managed to try the ham and pineapple pizza!
This is an update of a review I submitted 2 months ago. Our regular card group of about 10 seniors meet & play in the lounge area Tuesday mornings, have coffee & stay for lunch & sometimes more cards afterwards. The staff has always been very friendly & helpful to our group & service has always been efficient. We have always enjoyed our meals & time spent at the venue.nWe previously highlighted a staff member - Jake, who is an excellent hotel ambassador.nWe would also wish to add another staff member- Angie, who, along with Jake, is also super friendly, courteous, helpful & has a great attitude which really has a positive impact on the service - thank you both :nBoth Angie & Jake are excellent ambassadors for the service at Sunnybank Hotel & the group continues to enjoy their time spent at the Hotel.
Sensational service from Aidan, Tyson and Dave. They were not only able to accommodate an entire football team 20+ at a moment’s notice, but set us up with some unreal specials as well. Excellent service and will certainly be back!
