I recently stayed here for 4 nights. I loved it! The place had good clean rooms with a well maintained pool (they have nice unicorn floats that you can borrow for free). The staffs are friendly and provided me with information I needed. I could park my car for free and I will be sure to come back again next time!

Good location. Staffs are helpful. Rooms r old but good. Internet connection is fair, but problem with frequent changing of passwords and every time had to call office to fix it.

A pretty safe , quite & value for money kind of accommodation. With its free parking, the place is easy to access.. And the outdoor swimming pool too is really a bonus. Definitely will stay there again.

I have to say I had a really unhappy experience there. The hotel just don’t want take their responsibility. I stayed there for a couple of days, while the last night before I check out, the reception lady didn’t check the hotel system well and think my room is empty, then she just give a guest the same room key while at that moment, my friend was sleeping inside, which is embarrassing and annoying, but that’s not the key point, after I went to the reception and complained about this, the lady promised that she will apologise by phone call to my friend, which she didn’t do that anyway. Most importantly, she didn’t tell us the room key was invalid since then, and we didn’t know that(how could I know that) after we went out for dinner and came back at 10pm, we found the room key cannot use to enter the room, And the reception was closed at 9pm, I tried to knock the reception door, and ring them, no one was there. I had no choice, and left the hotel. Then next day when I go to the reception and ask for the refund( I think it’s quite reasonable, it’s the hotel’s mistake not mine) and they just offer to give me 20$ back, I refused, at that time, an Australian lady was there, she heard what I complained, and she said yes, definitely they should give the refund. But the hotel just would not do that, they checked the CCTV and found I wasn’t lying, then said you should press the emergency contact button near the reception, ( well, how could I know that, it’s quite small, I tried to ring them by searching every contact number I can find online, but no one was there). I stayed there and wait for their manager to give me the refund, they just said no, they cannot do that, they can just give me 20$ back, because I didn’t press the emergency contact button. LOL, suddenly it’s become my problem.got very upset and said I’ll tell other guests what you did to me, then I asked for the room key to go back to my room and pack everything. While I’m packing, their manager came out and offered to give me half of the room fee, which is 66$, I said okay, I’ll accept, but I’ll still write this down, because in my mind, they really need to make deep apology and give me the full refund, it’s not my problem. Anyway, had a bad experience there, doubting is this their way to treat the customer?

Looks okay, good location but parking can be difficult due to position at intersection. Bar and facilities are decent
