If I could give 0 stars I would as that is how much this hotel deserves, worst customer service ever the manager had a tone on her and all because of an error that was on THEIR end, didn’t want to do anything to resolve the issue. Absolutely appalling, worst hotel by FAR I would not recommend it to anyone they false advertise what is included in your stay so beware.

Very cosy rooms. Kitchenette fully stocked with new kitchenware. Hotel facilities and staff are awesome. Very new and nice.

Nice and shiny!!! Gorgeous rooms (although mine did look out over the highway it could not be heard with the balcony doors closed) Staff are very helpful.

New and clean. Good facilities, friendly staff. Compact gym. No restaurant on site but good cafes, restaurants close by or use a take away service. Good cooking facilities in the room.
