Visiting for kids sporting event and loved our experience here, friendly staff, clean rooms that were serviced frequently, laundry options available, close to shopping centre and food options, as well as very quiet at night. The furniture was slightly dated but beds were comfortable and pillows soft. Would recommendRooms: 3/5
Nice place to stay, rooms are exceptionally clean and not overly expensive. Microwave, fridge, kettle toaster, iron and board in the room. Nice large bathroom. Situated opposite Garden City shopping centre and bus terminal nearby. It is situated on a busy road and it's one way. Also as you approach its a little hard to spot the motel sign as large trees in the way. Would recommend staying if you're just needing a room as a base.
Extremely helpful and very friendly staff. Room was beautiful, clean and well equipped. I’d definitely stay again for my next trip to Brisbane. Many regards to all the staff, John Thomson, Sandy Beach, NSW
Ailsa owner or manager was very accommodating and helpful. The only motelier that I have come across to actually sit down and chat to the guests. Other staff members made us feel at home. Beautiful people. The room we stayed in was beautifully cleaned. It had everything we needed.Utensils, plates,cups, iron etc Not being use to the Brisbane heat the cold aircon was a welcomed delight. Only thing I can fault is the pool was out of commission, due to a buggered filter and the bbq area and grounds needing a good clean, weed and mow, but we just put it down to the groundsman being on holiday lol. Other than that I would recommend the stay as it is also straight across the road from Westfield shopping center.
This place has been an amazing stay! The service was wonderful, the rooms were so clean and nice. The prices were amazing for the wonderful quality and size of the rooms. I have stayed here many times and every time it has been a wonderful place to stay. The staff have been amazing and helpful as well. 10 out of 10 would recommend
For a very fussy person I am, I was very pleased with the room. Even though I was right at the front near the road, the stay was very quiet. The bedding and sheets were clean and crisp. Location is very handy with many choices of places to eat at walking distance. Will definitely stay again and again
Great experience. Stayed here with a group of people and the outdoor area was awesome. Staff were really helpful with the BBQ facility. Clean room. Great pillows. Room was not as noisy as expected despite the location. Shopping across the road was a plus. Great experience!
We have stayed here several times and this last stay was terrible. No cable tv - bbq was filthy with old food on it from who knows when- pool was run down- grass was not mowed and generally it’s been let go and is run down. Our room was made up on the third day and there was blood on the doonas.Rooms: 2/5
Lovely large clean room and bathroom, nice comfy bed, refreshing shaded in ground pool it was right opposite a major shopping centre too. Everything was just perfect including the staff. I would happily reccomend to families my 2yo, 15yo and 21yo were all just as impressed as me :
