I stayed here about 7 or 8 years ago for a few years. Things were a bit better when I was first there. They had the pizza nights and the parties were put on regularly. As time went by they stopped all those events. Other things quickly got worse as well, like management or cleaners barging into your apartment whenever they felt like it. Don't get me wrong I did have a great time there, particularly while things were still good. But it really went down fast, and from the comments above sounds like it has gotten much worse. The worst part was that when I left they suddenly fiddled the books and made up a whole lot of charges ($600) none of which I'd been told about previously. Many of my friends had the same thing happen to them. They do it on purpose. They know the clientele is young and largely foreign and therefore in most cases will not go to the RTA and spend a whole lot of time fighting it. They were very nice to me at first, but as things went down hill staff became more and more unfriendly. They have so many good business connections with EF etc. they know they really don't have to do too much to keep new customers flowing through. Hopefully in the future they will be reading these reviews before committing.

Filthy, dirty and stinks from fungi... apprently only room availiable are on ground level only, even though I could clearly see empty rooms upstairs...

The facilities often didn't work, housemates were filthy and the apartment had hardly any crockery, pots and pans (even after numerous complaints to management), and the staff are incredibly rude. The second you walk into the office the staff make it clear how unhappy they are to help you and act like it's a massive burden for you to even enter the office. They will also try and take money off you without you realising, even after moving out. The student RA's certainly try their best and have their heart in the right place, but the overall management seemed to hardly exist.

You get put off immediately once you arrive. The receptionist makes you feel like you're doing them a massive dis-service just by renting a room. Facilities often arn't functional.

Rooms differ greatly from the online description as well as the staff is quite unfriendly and not helpful in any way.
