Pretty much the only pub at garden city. Ordered a pint and spirit the other night and he asked for $19.50. No thanks! Come on guys, you can do better.
Food here is always the same flavor across dishes. Could be so much better with a new menu and new chef. I've actually ordered the nachos multiple times thinking it would get better but no, the cheap thick restaurant nacho chips baked way too long with the burnt (sometimes black) cheese layered with some old watery mince, slop of sour cream and yesterday's bitter and disgusting "guacamole". I go here because people want to meet there but I'm just over it.
Thing is guys you're always so busy you this review is just a waste of time. So much potential.

Ordered The Classic Beef & Bacon burger & it was the worst burger I’ve eaten in a long time. The beef patty was dry & hard & pretty sure it had been cooked hours before & just laid there ready until someone ordered this dish. Left feeling very annoyed that a simple meal like that could taste as awful as that. In this day & age of the burger culture to think a customer would not know that their burger was not cooked fresh is a massive misjudgment in my opinion. Was tempted to throw it out & im pretty sure even McDonalds could do a much better job.

Really dissatisfied!
My order was incorrect, I ordered a pumpkin pasta with grilled chicken. But when it arrived, it came with no chicken. Really thought I'd hit chicken half way. But there was none. Found out they didn't put down pumpkin pasta with grilled chicken, even after I repeated for grilled chicken at the counter with confirmation. The pasta was a disappointment too, there was no real flavouring, really just salt. Couldn't finish it. Very disappointed. 
Didn't want to follow up with the chicken in the order, as the pasta wasn't great, it wouldn't have changed anything.

Wished very much for a better experience. :(

Got the Seafood Feast. Very expensive ($30) for frozen fish. Chips and calamari were soggy. Only redeeming part of the dish were the prawns. I am never coming back willingly.

Absolutely disgusting. We were a party of five and my pregnant wife’s meal came out 15 minutes later than everybody else AND incorrect. We sent it back being told it “would be ready in five minutes” 20 minutes later and everybody has finished their meal whilst my wife is still waiting. So I go downstairs and the meal was sitting on the kitchen bench! The duty manager Jess has a talk to the “chefs” and they put the meal back in the microwave! The duty manager jess then tells us that the meal will be “ready in one minute”!! I don’t know of any meat that can be ready in one minute but my wife is pregnant and reheated meat is a health hazard to pregnant women. This is absolutely disgusting. Dangerous. I do admit that the Venue manager was nice and handled the issue politely and with courtesy, but honestly I recorded the whole encounter and should report your practices to Queensland workplace health and safety and Brisbane City Council, as this was disgusting and unsafe.
