Sunlite Mitre 10 - Paddington

Fantastic service as always! I regularly pop in to this store on my way home from work, and the staff are always really friendly and helpful. They know their stuff and take the time to make sure you get the product you need. I'm so glad they've opening this store on Oxford Street, saves me having to trek into the city when I need something. Highly recommended Thanks again guys!

These guys are amazing always helpful and give great service , something that you rarely get these days. Being a local business owner myself i can totally understand the pressure of being busy and often frustrating matters that you have to deal with. Good work guys keep it up !!!! I'm sure this is a great Mitre 8 Store, but I wasn't happy with the way I was treated. I was repeatedly treated like I was stupid, even though I worded my question clearly enough. I asked a staff member where the fly screens were, was led to them. Fine up until this point. I did ask for the measurements of the fly screen (width and height aren't specified on the packaging) to make sure the MINIMUM FIXED WIDTH fits our window. Instead of answering my question it was presumed I wasn't bright enough to understand that the width was adjustable. So we went through the maximum width due to the adjustable nature of the product, the height.. back to 'This product is adjustable, so you can make it bigger and smaller and this is the height of the product' over 'You can measure it'. Interesting, but what were the exact measurements of the product? I do understand it's expandable, that's why I asked for an expandable flyscreen in the first place. Obviously. The whole conversation went on for way too long, with me thanking the staff for the help repeatedly to end the conversation so I can go on with my life. I left and went to Bunnings, where I can see the specs of the product.

I had the BEST experience today with Guille. If you need a guy who knows his stuff when it comes to paint then seek him out!! I had to colour match the existing paint colour on the walls in my apartment so I could patch up some end of lease issues. Guille was an expert and mixed the colour perfectly from the tiny sample I had. He even tweaked the colour to make it spot on. I was so impressed and am very grateful as you cannot even tell there was new paint on the walls. And besides being a pro, he was so friendly and genuine. The ultimate team member among many excellent staff.
